I'm not sure what the press is talking about.... this was a busy week for me. 3 new listings and 2 accepted offers.. I know the economy has slowed down a bit... but I have been BUSY!!!
In a market like this you have to keep on moving... you have to go after the business.. you cant wait for it to come to you and that goes for anybody who works in sales..
This Saturday my youngest son Jacob will play his last football game. ( Wailuku Stadium 8:30 am if you want to support the team!)
It comes with great relief that this is his last game ( no more driving him to practice!!! )
It also comes with some sadness... I'm sure he will miss his teammates and in a way I learned from this guy.
Most of them had no clue on how to play football and they kept trying, they would get hit and get right back up, get hit again and get right back up.
In my business you take many hits ( clients that back out, Agents that leave the company after you trained them!) But I've learned you have to get back up.. don't look back, its either you are on the team or get out of the way.
