Things are slowly moving in this real estate market. lots of buyers that have been waiting for the "Good Deals" Im always being asked " Have we hit the bottom yet?" or "Im just gonna wait until we hit the bottom"
I say good luck! why wait for all the bottom feeders... the time is now not when you have 10 buyers in line for the same home.

On a lighter note.. the VOG is still here and the days seem so hot and long....
